31 December 2015

November and December.

There just aren't enough hours in the day...days of the week. One and a half days left of 2015 and I've got a lot of catching up to do.  Thanksgiving, December, Christmas...so many fun things. (When I started this yesterday, that's how much time was left, now mere hours!)

I need to start with Thanksgiving. But first, my new favorite picture of Madeleine, taken on Christmas, during our afternoon walk.  #nofilterneeded.

Thankgiving 2015 with Grammie and Grampie:

After Thanksgiving, a mild December followed, where we had bike rides, walks, pictures with Santa, train rides and more.

An annual tradition during Thanksgiving week is for us to visit the Kora Shriner's Festival of Trees.

Then bike riding and a visit to the Bowdoin Museum of Art on a gloriously warm late November day...

Annual Brunswick tree lighting with pals then a Saturday in Damariscotta...

Despite the unusually warm weather, we did manage to take a train ride to the North Pole on the Polar Express.

 Finding the perfect tree...then decorating!

Our annual dogs/kids Santa picture...and some miscellaneous of the two goofs.

And so we wrap up November and December...new things, old traditions, and many firsts for Madeleine. Next up...Christmas! Followed by (if I can somehow get this done before midnight) our annual yearly look-back. The countdown is on...
